Ascend Parramatta is built for swimmers who want to race. This is a dedicated squad program every session has a purpose, whether we're building aerobic base, sharpening starts and turns, holding race pace under fatigue, or fine-tuning the technical detail that separates places at a meet.
Swimmers train in a competitive but supported environment, with clear benchmarks at every level so you always know what your swimmer is working toward and when they're ready to step up.
